HULL CONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
December 19, 2017

The regular meeting of the Hull Contributory Retirement Board, duly posted to be held in the selectman’s meeting room, Town Hall, Hull, MA on the above date was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Present were, Members, Mike Buckley, Gregory Galvin, John Reilly, Jr., and Retirement Administrator Lauren Durham. Jay King and Brian Thompson were absent.
Present in the audience was, Phil Lemnios.
In accordance with the open meeting law, the Chair was notified and it was announced that Lauren Durham was making and audio recording of the meeting.
Minutes:
Greg Galvin made a motion, seconded by John Reilly to approve the minutes from the November 21, 2017 regular Board meeting as presented.
Unanimously Voted.
Payments:
John Reilly made a motion seconded by Greg Galvin to approve the Bill Warrant for December 2017 and the Payroll warrant for December 2017.
Unanimously Voted.
Old Business:
Lauren notified the Board there was no old business to address at this time.
New Business:
Michael Sacco has sent advanced notice to the Board regarding his legal contract expiring in December 2018. He provided the Board with a sample RFP to use in the procurement process. John Reilly made a motion to adopt the format the Michael Sacco has presented for an RFP and asked that a draft is complete for the May Meeting. He also requested a timeline be created for deadlines regarding this process in the upcoming year. Greg Galvin seconded the motion.
Unanimously Voted.
The Board received a notice from PERAC stating that as a result of non-compliance with educational credits, John Reilly will not be eligible to serve another term on the retirement board. His term is set to expire in September 2018.
At this point, Michael Buckley excused himself from the meeting.
As a result, a quorum was not met and the meeting was adjourned at 5:38 p.m.

The Board’s next scheduled meeting is for Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. In the Selectman’s Meeting Room.
